2. License. Northwind Labs grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the template on a single end product per regular licence.

3. Restrictions. You may not redistribute the source files as a competing template or stock item.

4. Data. All demo data shipped with the template is fictional and provided for illustration only.

5. Support. Item support covers responding to questions about features and assistance with reported bugs for six months.

6. Updates. You are entitled to all future updates of the item at no extra cost for the lifetime of the item.

7. Liability. The item is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

8. Termination. This licence terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Northwind Labs operates.
